“Went in for oil change. I was informed I needed cabin filter replaced as well as front brake pads and rotors replaced and an alignment. I later noticed that they charged me for both front and rear brakes. When I told them that they had only informed me that my front brakes needed replacing not rear, they checked their advisory and checked the condition of my old brakes and only charged me for the front brake work, the alignment, cabin filter and oil change as agreed upon when informed of earlier.”
