I proceeded to ask Rayce if we could test out the stick drift on the controller and he said we could and got straight to it. My favorite coffee machine wasn't working, I waited till he was finished with the other customers and he took his time to fix the machine and give me my favorite wake up cappuccino. I've had this problem before and an employee just said "I guess it's out of order". The good machine is here too attract business and has made me a regular.
