“Fun store to browse through. I was shopping for sensory items for a dementia patient. I found many items that fit the bill. Many soft, smelly, cute, comfy, stimulating items. Perfect for decor items as well. I enjoyed shopping there ! Highly recommend.”
“Yesterday I went to the mall with my 2 step daughters to buy them some stuff for their birthday. I had just gotten my tonsils taken out 2 days earlier. I was having the worst experience in every single store. But I went to Journeys and I flagged him over and he immediately helped me find what we were looking for. He even helped order online what we couldn't find. He had a pen and paper at the ready for me. The best experience by far all day in the mall. He has long dirty blonde hair and was the sweetest guy. I have ordered 4 pairs of shoes from that store in the last 2 weeks and I will always get my shoes there. The best customer service ever. He didn't question how young I looked or why I had 2 younger kids with me, he wasnt rude to me when I asked for a pen and paper. He was kind and patient. I wish I could do more to help recognize how well this guy has done. He needs a raise.”

“I stopped at the Walmart Fuel Station in South Ogden while running errands, and it turned out to be a quick, hassle-free stop. The pumps were clean, easy to use, and there was plenty of room to pull in without feeling squeezed between other cars. It was nice not having to weave through a crowded parking lot just to fill up.
What I enjoy about this location is how convenient everything is. You can fuel up and then walk right into Walmart to grab groceries or a few things you forgot at home. The area around the pumps was tidy, the trash cans weren't overflowing, and everything looked well maintained. Little details like that make a stop feel a lot more pleasant.
I've learned that a good gas station isn't always about the price—it's about getting in and out without adding unnecessary stress to your day. This one checks those boxes. Plus, my car didn't complain about the fuel, and that's about the highest compliment it ever gives anyone.”
“Ladies on the phone were super friendly! They got all my information easily. I really like that they let me know exact pricing when I asked. They also looked up my insurance easily, and got that information going too. I felt taken care of and that they were focused on being customer first which I really enjoy. Excited for my exam”

“Their computer system can have glitches, but the staffs are always helpful and kind! If you call and talk to staff, you'll get more accurate info. The Rx costs are the best around. I don't know any pharmacy that doesn't have any issues from time to time. I'm sorry but if customers had more patience and communicated better, I feel many issues could be avoided. I don't understand this inconsiderate and demanding behavior from people....”
“Not a bad selection. I like that they have a food court and vending machines. The bathrooms will be needed and I especially like that phone carriers are there. It's nice that there is a movie theater. I've gone there for years! Cool shops.”

The sales associate knew where the item I was seeking was located. Not an issue trying to find it. They walked me to the location even though it wasn't in their department they were stationed in.
It was nice to have a concerned employee who did more then the majority of young employees these days that just have no idea what real customer service is about.
They were very professional and courteous and I was very impressed.
However, they didn't have a name tag to identify themselves, so I can't provide their name to give them credit for the outstanding service.

“This Ross has gotten better. They used to be messy and unorganized, but they are much better now. Prices have definitely gone up, especially the shoe department. Clothes aren't too bad . I go there for certain things.”

“Tracked and watched drivers steal things from my order. Like tide laundry soap. I complain. They speak no english. It costs everyone more money to live with this kind of theft. Walmart doesn't really care. I just want clean clothes. Tired of being robbed. No delivery means no delivery job. Doesn't anyone get that???

Returned order I did not order. I am an anxious person to the point of disability. Not only was the Walmart staff incredibly rude and insulting but completely indifferent to my special needs and allowed another customer to heckle and harass me, while they tried not to smile and laugh. Where is the cop when you need one.

Ethan, the very kind Walmart employee helped me today with an awful situation. The kind of problem you could call assault. What happened to me was just wrong. I'm not going to say, I'm to embarrassed. I am going to say, Walmart did the very best they could to make it right. Then Ethan made sure it was right, with kindness you expect from family. I've said not nice things, and today I am sorry for it. Forgive me Walmart. You deserve five stars.

Sigh. Sometimes one good apple should get a better job. I tried the pick up. Wow. I could have shopped for everything twice in the time they wanted me to wait. So, what happened to me I don't want to mention, the delivery driver peed yes urinated on my groceries. How I wound up at the wait until Tuesday pick up. I've sense learned pissing is assault, and I'll find a way to get food in my house without delivery. FOREVER!!”
