Go in and talk to her or the Vitamin Mgr, Lilly! They can point you in the right direction on your health journey. Natural Grocers carries so many amazing brands. One of my favorite is the Organic Lactose free seed to shelf homeopathic brand, Ollois and Oregon's Wild Harvest that is organic biodynamic family owned and Oregon Tilth certified.     “My sister and I have been ordering our birthday cakes here for years. Their cake designer is PHENOMENAL and we receive compliments on our cakes every time! I just tell them the theme and they do their thing! I’m not creative, and trust them to make it cute! It’s about a 20 minute drive for me and worth it. They won’t disappoint! Update: I wanted to add another cake we ordered over the weekend! I requested Dragon Ball Z and said Just do your thing! Amazing! It only cracked cuz my husband put it in the fridge and wasn’t supposed to. I will always order here!”

    “There are great deals on produce and things for sale I’ve never heard of or seen. I got small avocados 5 for $1. Mangoes 3 for $1. They have a machine that will peel, core and slice your pineapple after you buy it. There’s all sorts of Mexican cheese. I bought red kiwis that are so pretty and exotic looking. But watch the prices. They were marked $4.99 and rung up at $6.99. They fixed it and took down the sign. Some were overripe. So some tradeoffs but to me worth it with the price of food. Sometimes I can’t figure out prices. Either this aren’t marked or like the salsa that has a name on the label but the handwritten sign with the list of prices has different Spanish words that don’t match up. So I’m not sure what price goes to which product. They’ve got churros for $2 for 3, haven’t tried them yet. Also the tamales in the warmer. It’s like Ocean Mart, so many things I don’t know if I’d like. I wish there was a class or samples because I want to learn. I wish I spoke more Spanish!”

    “Rainbow Trailhead is a great part of our 30 mile round trip bike rides on the Centennial and Golden Spoke trails! At the base of Ogden Canyon, the Rainbow trailhead is also on the road to the dinosaur park, a restaurant, a beautiful park and a botanical garden. A wonderful place to spend time in Ogden whether you are riding bikes or walking by the river, picnicking in the park or sharing time with the dinosaurs; it is worth your time!”

    “I stopped at the Walmart Fuel Station in South Ogden while running errands, and it turned out to be a quick, hassle-free stop. The pumps were clean, easy to use, and there was plenty of room to pull in without feeling squeezed between other cars. It was nice not having to weave through a crowded parking lot just to fill up. What I enjoy about this location is how convenient everything is. You can fuel up and then walk right into Walmart to grab groceries or a few things you forgot at home. The area around the pumps was tidy, the trash cans weren't overflowing, and everything looked well maintained. Little details like that make a stop feel a lot more pleasant. I've learned that a good gas station isn't always about the price—it's about getting in and out without adding unnecessary stress to your day. This one checks those boxes. Plus, my car didn't complain about the fuel, and that's about the highest compliment it ever gives anyone.”

    Walmart wants your groceries at the door before the ice cream softens. On May 29, the retailer said its 30-minute-or-less delivery had reached 33 U.S. markets, adding a wave of new cities across the Northeast. Shoppers in those areas can order from more than 100,000 items, everything from fresh produce and baby formula to pet food, electronics, cold medicine, and prescriptions.
