“These guys have been my bankers for 20 years, and they're everything a bank should be. The building is nice, the staff is attentive, the manager knows my name, and they are always quick to help. Yes it sometimes gets busy but that's typical for any bank. They've helped me with personal accounts, accounts for my kids, accounts for a couple of charities I work with, business accounts, equity mortgage credit lines-the whole deal. I like that they're a local bank but with a solid national status.”

“The mobile app keeps going down frequently. I would give 5 stars if it didn't everything else is great. I'm seriously considering closing my accounts unless they can fix the problems with the mobile app.”
