Tried to call to see if my prescription was ready. A bot answered the phone and wasn't able to tell me if it was available. I then spent 10 minutes trying to get transferred to a person, but it wouldn't. I had to drive over to find out. Very frustrated and will be changing pharmacies.

This has been my go-to pharmacy for more than 5 years! The staff have always been friendly and helpful, and I’ve never had an issue picking up my medications so far! Every visit I’ve had has been great!
