I was not the most tactful given my circumstances but Alan was not rattled by my direct and curt approach. He didn't try to hard sell me or push me in one direction or another. He simply tried to understand my needs and guided me through the process. Pretty unusual from my experience. Keep that guy! I'll go back to RC just from his sales approach and customer service (calling the warehouse to let them know I was coming).”
