I spoke with Steve at the beginning who bent over backwards to help us ASAP and even went to lengths to put us on the right track to finding a cell phone solution which we also had in the evil hands of Xfinity who have gotten too big for their britches, outsources their support to India who comprise of people who don’t know how to care or go to bat for their customers anymore.

Again we couldn’t be more delighted to be with Fusion and to wash our hands clean of Xfinity who has caused us so much heartache and frustration in our lives.

I highly recommend signing up with Fusion especially if you’re local. We’ve been using the 75 mbps plan for a couple days now and it works perfectly for all our personal streaming needs, watching movies on our tv and iphones. I also run a small business at home meeting with clients on zoom and working heavily on the computer each day and see it’s working great as well!

I thought the lower bandwidth would affect our streaming compared to the 1gig at Xfinity but not at all. Apparently I was paying for overkill at Xfinity.

He came over the first time and helped me find a good router that would work well in my home, and then when the router finally arrived, he came by again to help me set it up and get it installed.
