Maggie was extremely helpful and accommodating in getting my issue resolved. She went over the different plans, promotions and upgrades available for me without being pushy or selling me anything I didn't want. I was very pleased with my experience and will be returning to this location in the future for the excellent service as well as the wide selection of available merchandise store.”

He was polite, obviously knew what he was talking about, and made sure that I left with a fully functioning phone.
