“Manny was super helpful! I've been a customer with team mobile for almost 15 years and this was probably the best experience I've had with T-Mobile. He was polite, obviously knew what he was talking about, and made sure that I left with a fully functioning phone. He made sure that I understood the promotion I was participating in and offered his expertise in a way that didn't feel like I was being manipulated into spending unnecessary money. 10/10 Would go and will go back to this T-Mobile every time.”

“Getting set up was great. The employee I talked to was very helpful and made sure I was connected even when I ran into some trouble setting up the router I bought. He even helped me get that set up even though it wasn’t a Fusion product. Very polite and helpful.”
