After having issues on my account that could not be fixed, she helped me open a new account and transfer everything over to the new account. She also helped me apply for a new line of credit and a credit card which I had no idea I would even get. Then helped me step by step set up the money market savings account so I could get the best results with what I was trying to do. I have been banking with them for over 20 years and I have never been disappointed with the customer service I receive. They ALWAYS greet me with a smile and by name. I love everyone there! They are thorough, efficient and do a great job! So a big shout out to my favorite tellers which are Madi, Maddie and Leo! I have had a fun time getting to know them. They are fun to chat with while they are taking care of my banking! Another shout out goes to the awesome Mangers, Aleaya and Jessica. They too will greet me by name and always take the time to talk with me even if it is just for a minute. If you are looking for a great bank and good people to work with, you should go to the First Community Bank located on Main street in Layton. You won't be disappointed!”

“Brennan, Teagan, and Clara were amazing! I had completely screwed up my accounts by moving my loan balance into my line of credit instead of the other way around. They were able to completely fix it, swap the balances, and then advise me on how to fix some of the problems I was having with my online bill payments. If you want subpar customer service, don't go here because you’ll only get excellent service at this branch office!”
