That was a bit irritating, but after that the process was easy, fast and friendly. Thanks for getting back up and running.”

“I was having issues getting MacOS to install onto a MacBook Pro I acquired used and had to install a new drive into. I explained this on the phone, I thought the drive wasn't being recognized as valid for MacOS. I was able to install Linux, but my wife isn't used to Linux. They took it in, attempted to install MacOS for us, and when that didn't work, they didn't charge us for the time even though I had said I would be willing to pay for the diagnostic.
We've also taken in iPhones a couple times after receiving major damage and they were able to get it working for us again at a reasonable price for the repair.”

Ed tuned up my laptop and didn’t even charge me, as the issue was an HP software problem that could not be fixed in store, but he gave my a perfect workaround so I can still use my laptop without any issues. Would highly recommend this location if you need a device fixed! Very nice employees too!”

“I use a discontinued double mitre saw. The company went bankrupt, no way to get new parts but Danny keeps me in business, my saw has been repaired a few times thanks to his incredible shop!!! And when it breaks everyone I talked to recommended him. Glad he was already my plan. It was fixed so quickly and the price was reasonable. He's awesome!”
“I purchased a motorcycle battery on Amazon 2022 by the spring of 2023 the battery was dead. I went to batteries plus in Sandy before they moved and the service was great. I was on the fence buying a battery from batteries plus because it was a little more than what I could buy on Amazon. After I purchased the battery I drove home and found the battery didnt come with acid. I called the store and they offered to fill the battery at no charge. The battery was great all summer. I hastily stored my motorcycle in the fall and I forgot to pull the battery. The battery sat connected to my motorcycle in my shed all winter. Today April 11th I pulled out the motorcycle, turned the key and it started right up, I couldn't believe it. In contrast the battery I purchased on Amazon in 2022 sat on a shelf in my insulated garage connected to a battery tender to find it completely dead in the spring. I'm super happy with my purchase from batteries plus, quality product and great service.”
