“I first had written a negative review due to a one time experience in regards to my sons title being lost. I had LORI Reach out to me and she is a peach! she did not treat me negatively or rude for the review. she called me and did all she could to make it right. Took a week to have the other party come in and do the necessary paper work but she kept me updated and was so apologetic. She is the definition of "amazing customer service". This time was no different. I explained my situation and the ladies fixed my situation quickly and helped me set up a travel plan on my card, so hopefully this wont hapoen again when I travel because I am a long haul trucker and going stste to state throws me in the fraud algorithm constantly. I was ready to give up on America First Credit Union, but Loa and Mindy's kindness and great customer service saved them a customer!”
