If I could submit —⭐️ I would. Just unnecessarily rude and snotty.. but It’s not enough that these guys suck at customer service, they also enjoy selling counterfeit items. Worst 7-11 in Utah.

I went to this location for a car wash. The machine took my payment but the machine never started. I went inside to ask for a refund but the worker refused. He kept saying his brother can do it but he cannot. I asked if he could call his brother to confirm but he walked away.
