Is it common practice for stores to make you buy something if you want change? I was told one thing by the cashier and the manager affected a more and more intense accent the more he tried to explain why I er the phone.

I bought 4 taquitos that were supposed to be taco and cheese. They were all jalapeno. Yuck! I went back and the attendant did nothing to help or make it right! When a customer has a problem, it's customer service to do what you can to make it right!
