“The residents will take care of you if you need it. My neighbors look out for me. They're kind and sometimes bring me food. Maintenance is helpful. My cat and I like my apartment and it's always well maintained. Of I have an issue I get a quick response time. There always seems to be plenty of room in my apartment. I enjoy the location to downtown, we are in Gateway distance and great food.”

“We've really enjoyed our time here over the past 3 years. Maintenance has been prompt with any issue that has arisen, Thyson has been great, we have had very few issues with packages arriving & no issues with neighbours or loudness. The best features are the in-unit laundry & central air. My only complaint would be I wish the unit didn't have carpet & it had a full sized fridge (it's dorm sized so we can't stock much). It's been a pretty seamless living experience here, wish they had bigger units available so those of us who need to size up over time could upgrade.”

Most apartments are cookie cutter, and bring nothing to an area past some residences. This place goes above and beyond in this neighborhood, and it is absolutely appreciated”
“Very walkable, quiet, with good views of the mountains!! We like to ride mountain bikes and hike, which we so far have already been able to explore so much within 20 minutes of our home at Sugarflats (we've been here less than 3 weeks). We went to the Hogle Zoo's Zooluminate (highly recommend), which is also less than 20 minutes from the community.”

“I loved living here, especially waking up to the sound of the church bells. The maintenance team was very kind, and the historical property is amazing. However, I wouldn’t recommend living near the west door, as there’s a lot of foot traffic that can be noisy.”
“I have lived at the Lotus Republic for the past year, and it has been a wonderful experience! The property manager, Emily, is attentive and very helpful to the tenants. She always has your best interest at heart. I would recommend living here; from management to convenience and the apartment amenities, it’s a fantastic place to live!”
“I moved in several months ago and have had a really incredible experience! A few things I've loved most:
-Leasing Office Staff: I've worked with all of them but mostly with Dominique and Kellen. Both have been super friendly, responsive and helpful from the moment I toured here to dealing with day-to-day questions. Just really great people.
-Maintenance: Top-notch, friendly team. I especially have to shoutout Dave. He's amazing. Has dealt with all of my requests very quickly and has done incredible work with each of them. Can't praise him enough.
-Amenities: This is main reason I moved here. You really can't beat all of the amenities and I've lived in several different communities. You can see them all on the website but I feel like they have everything I need, which makes me so excited to live here.
-Activities: It seems like they have at least some type activity every week. Just this past weekend they had an awesome brunch with a DJ on the rooftop. Vibes were incredible. They do a really good job of engaging the residents and creating fun environments.

“I had to get some work done in my apartment for a damage I hadn’t seen that caused a leak. The guys that came were super awesome and respectful. Their names were Gus and I believe Malshor (I might be wrong). But these guys took less than 15 minutes and got everything fixed up really quickly.”
“This is a verry nice place I live here and I believe it's only going to gett better the management is verry nice the maintenance is on top of there jobs every one that I've mett has been verry polite it's really quiet for the area it's in and will be lots of fun with the future plans for the neiborhood great place”
“Great and safe place for the elderly community in salt lake city. The facility is secure and they have a receptionist at the main area to buzz people in any guests. They're doing a little remodeling downstairs but other than that, great place”

“Very responsive and everyone there is really friendly! The manager, assistant and maintenance are always really nice. Every time I put in a maintenance request its ALWAYS taken care of within a couple days, my last place had me waiting weeks. Also, lots of these reviews are pretty misleading, or old. The one about ladies in the office is weird, there's only two guys in the office! There's another about locks in the apartment that are able to be opened, isn't that the point? So my kids can't lock me out of their room? There's a couple saying that the location isn't the best, but you're renting in downtown slc and at least this place has electric locks on the doors! I need a keyfob and an app to get anywhere in the building! My last place down the street was basically open to the public and there were always homeless people in the halls. That doesn't happen here. It's super safe. I can't recommend this place enough, just call into the office and you'll see what I mean!”
“Office staff was always very helpful and maintenance was friendly and quick to respond to requests. The only reason I did not give Yugo a 5 was because the building was dated, so I had to put in requests for facilities often and it did not have the correct ventilation for cooking so the alarm would set off with very little smoke. I truly want to thank the staff of Yugo for everything.”

“I've had a truly positive experience during my 3 year+ stay at this apartment. The staff's responsiveness and helpfulness have been outstanding, ensuring that every request was addressed in a timely manner. My apartment was always fully functional, and I appreciated the consistent cleanliness of the hallways and passages in my floor. I do want to note that early in my stay, there was a noticeable presence of homeless individuals near the elevator. However, this issue has since subsided and is no longer a problem. While no apartment is entirely without its quirks, any minor issues here were easily manageable and didn't detract from my overall satisfaction. I extend my sincere gratitude to Bea Cervantes, the apartment manager. Her exceptional assistance with my lease termination, necessitated by a visa situation, was instrumental in making my departure remarkably pleasant and stress-free. The new management deserves high praise for their excellent service.”
