“The residents will take care of you if you need it. My neighbors look out for me. They're kind and sometimes bring me food. Maintenance is helpful. My cat and I like my apartment and it's always well maintained. Of I have an issue I get a quick response time. There always seems to be plenty of room in my apartment. I enjoy the location to downtown, we are in Gateway distance and great food.”

I didn’t recognize that until I began residing here at Lattice apartments. When hard time seem to find me again, I was here at Lattice. “We've really enjoyed our time here over the past 3 years. Maintenance has been prompt with any issue that has arisen, Thyson has been great, we have had very few issues with packages arriving & no issues with neighbours or loudness. The best features are the in-unit laundry & central air. My only complaint would be I wish the unit didn't have carpet & it had a full sized fridge (it's dorm sized so we can't stock much). It's been a pretty seamless living experience here, wish they had bigger units available so those of us who need to size up over time could upgrade.”

“I loved living here, especially waking up to the sound of the church bells. The maintenance team was very kind, and the historical property is amazing. However, I wouldn’t recommend living near the west door, as there’s a lot of foot traffic that can be noisy.”
“I feel incredibly lucky I found this place. The staff does an awesome job at keeping the property clean and safe. Noise levels are almost nothing.
Rent is also exceptionally fair, my friends are always surprised when they see the price I pay for the value I'm getting.
Finally JWAN! She's the Property Manager and you couldn't ask for a better one. Very kind and always eager to answer your questions and help out any way she can. It's such a rare find to have a Property Manager who is your advocate.”

She always has your best interest at heart. I would recommend living here; from management to convenience and the apartment amenities, it’s a fantastic place to live!”
“I moved in several months ago and have had a really incredible experience! A few things I've loved most:
-Leasing Office Staff: I've worked with all of them but mostly with Dominique and Kellen. Both have been super friendly, responsive and helpful from the moment I toured here to dealing with day-to-day questions. Just really great people.
-Maintenance: Top-notch, friendly team. I especially have to shoutout Dave. He's amazing. Has dealt with all of my requests very quickly and has done incredible work with each of them. Can't praise him enough.
-Amenities: This is main reason I moved here. You really can't beat all of the amenities and I've lived in several different communities. You can see them all on the website but I feel like they have everything I need, which makes me so excited to live here.
-Activities: It seems like they have at least some type activity every week. Just this past weekend they had an awesome brunch with a DJ on the rooftop. Vibes were incredible. They do a really good job of engaging the residents and creating fun environments.

“The parking garage is lovely to have but even compact cars are CROWDED. It is a lovely building with great perks. But dont leave anything behind. People dont turn them in to lost and found. Attached are views from the room I stayed in on the 5th floor.”

“Very responsive and everyone there is really friendly! The manager, assistant and maintenance are always really nice. Every time I put in a maintenance request its ALWAYS taken care of within a couple days, my last place had me waiting weeks. Also, lots of these reviews are pretty misleading, or old. The one about ladies in the office is weird, there's only two guys in the office! There's another about locks in the apartment that are able to be opened, isn't that the point? So my kids can't lock me out of their room? There's a couple saying that the location isn't the best, but you're renting in downtown slc and at least this place has electric locks on the doors! I need a keyfob and an app to get anywhere in the building! My last place down the street was basically open to the public and there were always homeless people in the halls. That doesn't happen here. It's super safe. I can't recommend this place enough, just call into the office and you'll see what I mean!”
“Office staff was always very helpful and maintenance was friendly and quick to respond to requests. The only reason I did not give Yugo a 5 was because the building was dated, so I had to put in requests for facilities often and it did not have the correct ventilation for cooking so the alarm would set off with very little smoke. I truly want to thank the staff of Yugo for everything.”

I also needed small repair to a leaky dishwasher that was fixed in one day. Exceptionally responsive to maintenance. The gym and pool are clean and just updated as have been the exterior of the buildings.
I like that the apartments aren't just boxes like most new apartments. Mine hasn't been renovated with wood flooring or newer appliances, but I don't mind. They gave me a great deal on it and I actually missed carpeting in the bedroom in my house. It is also bigger than most of the newer 1-bedrooms out there.”
