“Took our Allegro Open Road Motorhome to JP Collision for painting and mechanical issues we were having. It was a great experience taking our motorhome to Scott to be repaired. The best part was that they do it all. They painted, repaired the generator, fixed the ice maker and changed the oil. One stop shopping you can't beat that. We couldn't have been happier with the results. It's a 2015 but once again looks brand new. We had sticker shock but it was worth every penny we had to spend. I highly recommend JP Collision you'll be happy you took your vehicle there.”

“I had been going to another shop for years and always wondered why my issues weren’t being adequately dealt with. I brought my concerns to Precision for a second opinion and at my first appointment/repairs with them, the issues were perfectly addressed and handled. I brought the paperwork from the last shop to have Precision review it since I wasn’t confident of the work that had already been done. The guys combed through the paperwork carefully to ensure I was given an honest second opinion. These guys are the real deal. I have been to a lot of shops for my euro cars, but none have even compared to Precision. I know my car is in good hands now and I know I can call them about any concern. They are very time efficient, easy to contact, easy to schedule with, have good pricing, do tire mounting in-house, and have connections to multiple other shops and parts distributors in the valley for easy delivery. “Took my wife's 2013 Toyota RAV4 in for service. The dealer told my wife that her timing cover gasket was leaking oil and needed to be replaced. Cost? Over $3,000. There was a big oil stain where she parked. Ray called to tell us that there was no timing cover oil leak. When the Toyota dealer did the 120,000 mile maintenance, they flushed and refilled the transmission. When doing so, they tightened the drain plug but left the filler cap or plug, loose, causing transmission fluid to leak when running. We did have all new shocks and struts installed and they did a great job. Take your car to Action Auto for service and repair. Ray will treat you with honesty every time.

“Back in October I got my intake manifold replaced. They recommended cleaning the intake hoses near it for a longer engine lifespan since they were removing parts anyways and it would be available to do and would be less expensive to do right then. They also did my emissions testing. I agreed and I’m glad I worked with them than any other shop!
They gave me an amazing fair price, recommended other services I ACTUALLY NEEDED - rather than some dealerships just putting whatever they could get you to pay for on the quote.
