Being out of state, I relied heavily on Garrity to look the car over in detail and give me full report of what he observed. Garrity more than delivered. He got the car into his shop the next day. I wouldn't have done the sale without the PPI, so the fact that he prioritized getting this done so quickly was much appreciated. Garrity shared pictures of the car, pointing out small defects. I received a full written report going over each part of the car. We went over the report by phone and I had an opportunity to ask additional questions. “If you're in Salt Lake City or the surrounding areas, I can't recommend this shop enough. I have a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic that has 170,000 miles and Antolin at this shop has helped me reach these miles with the work he has done. He has done everything from fixing an oil leak, changing spark plugs and head gaskets, and my air pump to pass emissions. All this work was done with very reasonable pricing. Not only is the pricing reasonable, if you have the time he will explain to you what the issue is and what the parts do that need to be changed out or fixed. He will even show you the old parts that were swapped out. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I'm trying to stay away from the car market as long as possible due to high prices and interests and this shop has helped me with that. He is straight to the point. If he can't fix it he will be honest and let you know. I can't recommend this shop enough.”

“They were able to put on a tire I bought somewhere else with no hassles! I was in and out almost faster than the time it took me to drive there, and they have the most comfortable seating EVER in their waiting room. I was almost sad they were done so fast! :)”
“Hahn personally tested my vehicle and took it back into the shop. I was originally coming to see if I could get a better deal on my control arm repairs on my car. Larry H. Miller Toyota told me that my control arm bushing was shot and needed to be replaced completely and wanted to charge me $1,300 for repairs. Hahn took my front tires off and inspected the vehicle and showed me that the only problems were that my control arm and tie rod bolts were loose. During repairs he brought me in multiple times during the process and explained step by step what was wrong. Multiple bolts were loose including one of the ball joints and physically showed me each one. He spent an hour working on each joint and tightening each one and once he was done showed me that they had been fixed and were solid and didn't move anymore. I have never dealt with a more honest repair shop. In the end I was only charged $126 for the repairs. Hahn deserves incredible praise for his honesty and the price was more than worth the time he put in giving me sound of mind on my vehicle. I will always go back to his shop for any of my needs from here on out.”

The bad reviews ones are here which means the problems are still here and it reflects their after sale customers services. No matter what they reply in the comments, I won’t buy it or the reviews would’ve been good mostly. The good reviews ?? I think those people are just simply lucky and the sales talk nice because they want you to buy their cars lol. Even tho I’m interested in one of their cars but after looking at the reviews. I’m gonna give my money to other dealers bye bye. 5 stars for the reviews here.”

“Luxe Automotive in Salt Lake City absolutely lives up to its reputation. Toby recommended them to me for tint on my 2026 Model 3, and I worked with Tom from start to finish. Tom was awesome—professional, knowledgeable, and beyond accommodating.
I happened to drop the car off when things were a little slower, so Tom took the time to show me around and introduce me to the crew. I was seriously impressed. The shop was immaculate, everyone I met was incredibly friendly, and you can tell immediately that these guys take a lot of pride in their work and their facility.
The tint turned out fantastic, but the overall experience is what really sold me. Luxe IS the standard when it comes to window tint and paint protection. This is the only place I’ll be taking my personal vehicles and my business vehicles from here on out.
