Zoe who was working at the night of 1/11 was a wonderful host. She was very knowledgeable and I had a great conversation with her. While I was in there shopping, a student from out of town came in visibly upset, stressed, lost and late for their appt. The employee working handled the situation with such grace and kindness! They helped calm the lost traveler down, looked up directions, and let them know no one was there to judge them; and let them know they were in a safe place. It was a nice moment to witness, thank you! Great job!!”
