MacBeath Hardwood is a business with a great selection of wood and lots of inventory, including a huge variety for special projects. Customers report great prices and good value, with specific notes that their glue up panels and riser material are much cheaper than big box stores. Their mill work is exceptional and the level of their products is considered far better than larger chain stores.
The staff are described as helpful, easy to work with, and friendly, providing good service and answering questions. The location offers easy access for large vehicles and has ample room in a back lot for maneuvering, even for very long trailers. A unique service is the ability to pick specific boards and have them cut to a custom size right in front of you. They also offer delivery within a certain range. For many, it is a go-to spot and well worth a drive, with customers buying large quantities and all their supplies for high-end woodworking projects.
Worked with several employees and all of them were friendly and helpful. My wife and I are amateur wood workers and needed a lot of help - it was not a problem. Great experience and we left with all our wood needs met. AND paid a ton less than your typical DIY stores. Soo glad I went to Mcbeath's!

Decent bunch of guys. Fast unload. If you deliver here, the place is off to the left of Beehive Cigars and down in back.
