“Had excellent service from Kayden. Only thing I didn't like was the weird interaction I had with another customer in the lobby while I was there. This other person was dressed in some type of costume that piqued my interest. When I attempted to politely ask about the costume they freaked out! I apologized as I did not intend any disrespect but only was curious about the costume. Suffice it to say they were not in the mood for any chit chat. Fine I guess. Some folks have bad days or perhaps they are just wired a little differently than others. No problem. I got my screen protector replaced under warranty and my phone is a good as new! Kayden was unfazed by the outburst from the costumed customer and preformed his task quickly and professionally. 5 stars highly recommend!”

I actually got the iPhone 14 and while I was doing all of that he lowered my bill by at least $100 if not 120 Every time I’ve been to an AT&T store where I live nobody’s ever gone over my bill and try to figure out how to lower it. In a matter of 5 minutes, she was able to help me discontinue service on my stolen phone, connect my number to my new phone, and give me directions on how to go about reporting my lost phone with AT&T. It was the most positive experience I've ever had at any phone store.”
