“I wanted to take a moment to leave a review for the Sandy location because they truly turned a frustrating experience into a positive one.
After having a disappointing experience at the West Valley location, where I was even asked, “How do I know that you didn’t take the diamond out and sell it on eBay?” when I was simply trying to understand my insurance coverage after the center diamond fell out of my ring, I was honestly discouraged.
Thankfully, I reached out to the Sandy location, and from the very first phone call, the difference in customer service was remarkable. Everyone was kind, respectful, patient, and willing to help. They took the time to clearly explain how my insurance policy worked, answered every question I had, and made sure I understood the entire repair process without ever making me feel rushed or judged.

“The Murray location was open until 5 on the 4th of July which was a LIFESAVER for my family and I! Aidan and Cole were quick, kind, and very fair with my loan offer. Incredible customer service. I showed up 15 minutes before closing and they had my item evaluated and approved, loan terms explained, paperwork signed and my money in hand in 12 minutes.The store, in general, is also immaculately organized and prices are great. “If I could give 10 stars, I would. I am in Salt Lake for work, from Pittsburgh. My Tag aquaracer battery needed replaced. Tried multiple Tag authorized dealers in Pittsburgh and they were not able to complete the task. The watch is slightly unusual to replace a battery yet a Tag dealer could not do it.
I was recommended Fankhauser from high end dealers in Pittsburgh! Word travels I guess.
I took the watch into them today and not only had a battery replacement as well as pressure test but also a bit of education about the watch. 20 minutes and I was back in business.

“I wanted to purchase a pair of sunglasses for cycling. I wear contact lenses and need as much protection from the wind as possible for my eyes.
Two male employees helped me. One even took me outside to test the difference between regular and polarized sunglasses.
I also ending up buying a pair of the Meta AI sunglasses. They fit well and will be great for walks or bike rides so I can listen through the side earpiece speakers. I will also use the info, photo and video options.”

“I've visited Jonathan's Jewelry several times lately to have some Jewelry fixed and/or estimated. The repairs I've had completely restored some of my older jewelry to perfection. Absolutely stunning! When I went there the first time I noticed a 50% off section of the store. I have purchased several items from the 50% off section. Beautiful rings, bracelets, necklaces for half price! I couldn't be happier with my repairs and the purchases I have made recently. I highly recommend a visit. They add daily to the 50% off section. The staff are all wonderfully helpful and pleasant. They take the time to show you everything you want to see.
