After having a disappointing experience at the West Valley location, where I was even asked, “How do I know that you didn’t take the diamond out and sell it on eBay?” when I was simply trying to understand my insurance coverage after the center diamond fell out of my ring, I was honestly discouraged.
Thankfully, I reached out to the Sandy location, and from the very first phone call, the difference in customer service was remarkable. Everyone was kind, respectful, patient, and willing to help. “Purchased a wristwatch from their ebay store. Item was disclosed as no box and no tag but brand new. It inherently came with a fixed size of bracelet but they put an extra 5pcs of links in my order so that I can adjust it the way I need to. Very nice gesture to go the extra route and keep the customers happy. I am very pleased with this purchase and the store's staff
