“Purchased a wristwatch from their ebay store. Item was disclosed as no box and no tag but brand new. It inherently came with a fixed size of bracelet but they put an extra 5pcs of links in my order so that I can adjust it the way I need to. Very nice gesture to go the extra route and keep the customers happy. I am very pleased with this purchase and the store's staff
