Seems like this could be better, but the store was clean, the guy who helped me navigated me being on an phone call for an important meeting, helped me find the parts I needed and over all was a great experience. A bit more signage to help reduce confusion and this would be a 5.”
“Love the products, employees are typically readily available to help. Returns are easy (you just want to check when purchasing if there is a restock fee for larger items) and they have warranties thay make purchasing small tools very convenient. Would recommend!”

“The staff here is amazing!! I came in trying to fix my broken tub spout. Unfortunately the brand I had required a wider diameter internally and I had a very difficult time finding the correct spout. They helped me research it until the correct part/model was found. This saved me so much time and money!! I was able to order the correct part, and it took less than 5 minutes to install.
I appreciate their time and efforts to go above and beyond. I definitely recommend this place!”

“I had an excellent experience yesterday in the garden center. I went looking for shrubs and plants that do well in shade, and I’m not particularly knowledgeable in this area and asked Shay for help. She took her time and showed me every option, and even picked up the plants and put them in the cart for me since my hands were full with my children. She was exceptionally helpful, and even assisted with hauling mulch for me as well. Shay also helped me get everything into my car. As a mom with two little ones, I am so appreciative for the extra help and kindness. Thank you to Shay, and also Lowe’s for hiring good people who will smile and help- which is harder and harder to find these days. The plants are also great.”
