“I don’t know how any other convenient stores can compete with Maverick in Utah! The cleanliness, the bathrooms, the selection and even the service has been outstanding each time. I’ve gone over the course of 30 years. I’ve just learned not to go anywhere else which I don’t have to do sincethere’s plenty of Maverick locations. Twice I’ve gone into 7-Eleven and was disappointed by the selection available. And with Maverick’s successful acquisition of Kum & Go convenience stores, they are now everywhere- and happy they did.”

“Probably one of the better 7-Eleven stores I’ve been to. Staff are always present and visible and often you find a staff member actively working to keep everything tidy and clean. Slurpee machines are well maintained and rarely unavailable. Store keeps great stock of items and almost never out of anything I’m looking for. I have found on occasion a minor language barrier with some of the staff helping clean the store but they try to understand requests/questions and are good about grabbing another staff member who can better assist. I’ve also watched groups of youth swarm the store and the staff did incredible at keeping calm and getting them in and out in a timely manner so it didn’t impede on my shopping experience. I often now find this being my go to for a snack or minor groceries in between grocery shop runs. Only thing I wish is that they carried the Walnut Brownies. For some reason this location only carries the fudge brownies and they’re just not the same as the Walnut brownies.”
“Normally great and friendly but some of the workers are kinda mean or exhausted and don't want to talk or communicate cuz they seem like your bugging them. Everyone has their bad days but you have to look past that stuff in customer service and always have the best attitude for others to keep their day going better as well. But it's rare to have a bad mood employees here. They do need a renovation tho just be flooring and shelving would go far here. Outside could use some some work the big giant exit getting back on 114th sucks they really should fix it.”

“Large pharmacies like this are hit and miss, as it pertains to service. CJ is the main pharmacist we deal with at this CVS, and he is truly a professional. He ALWAYS answers questions. A few of us in our home have fairly complicated medical issues, and use a lot of prescriptions. On many occasions, even during busy hours, CJ has talked through what we should expect from the medicine, what we should watch for, interaction-wise, etc. More than anything, I would say that he comes across as if he enjoys his job, and he cares about the pharmacy customers he serves.
I hope CVS understands what a great asset they have in this pharmacist.”

“I had a wonderful experience with a team member, Merry. She was so helpful because using an insurance flex card is not easy. She helped me pick brands that were allowed by the card which is from Aetna, and used the available coupons. The only complaints I have have nothing to do with her. For one when she tried to use some of the coupons they came up as outdated and they were not. For another I could not get the magnesium glutinate because the CVS brand is from China and the name brand is not, which is acceptable to me. She went above and beyond to make sure I was able to use my Flex amount and my coupons to the utmost”
“I'd had some issues getting an RX filled and was sent to this store. They had it in stock and even better than that, they filled it while I waited and had me out of there in 10 minutes. Much appreciated!”
“I’ve filled 2 rx’s here and had a great experience every time. We are from out of state so the prescriptions aren’t covered by insurance. The tech used the goodrx coupon they have in the store on her own accord. I had forgotten about goodrx! Thank you for saving me money and taking that initiative…twice! I didn’t have to wait long for either rx. 15-20 min tops.”

“Amish the manager (I hope I spelled it right) is amazing. I come here for empanadas and he always makes them fresh for me and he always knows what I want as soon as I walk in. He’s really courteous to everyone and welcomes them, I’ve noticed. I can go on but to keep it short this is a great sev due to Amish, he’s great!!”

“I love this location! Wendi is the nicest and sweetest gal you could ever run into. She helped me with all my questions regarding which drink would be best. You can tell she loves her job!The popcorn was awesome and so we’re Wendi’s energy drink recommendations. I live in the area and usually go to the maverick down the road but after spending time chatting with her, I will for sure make this gas station my home stop for anything I need.”
