“Maddy was so helpful and patient, she truly went above and beyond. I work nights and can’t make it during the day and she made it so easy to order what I needed over the phone. She was so kind and took the time to confirm what was in stock and helped in every way, she was so thorough and I appreciated the help and kindness so much.”
“My experience dealing with this business has been pleasant, however, this business does come with its flaws.
This store has a lot of awesome collectibles, they specifically stand out in their pokemon area. Their prices are right at, or slightly above market value, which makes them competitive. I will note that they do price some of their LP-MP (lightly played, moderately played) cards, if not most, at market value. The problem with this is that most LP-MP cards are slightly below market value, because they are played and can have minor defects, but this store prices them as if they are near mint-mint.
They do take cards and slabs in for trade, and purchase cards and slabs, but they seem to be pretty picky with what they want. I tried to trade and sale multiple PSA graded cards, but was told that they were specifically looking for PSA 10 cards that are newer. They will always ask if you have any more cards and slabs. They are competitive when offering to buy or trade, but again, they seem to be picky on what they want.
Overall, this store is nice and has a great inventory. The employees are nice, and will point you in the right direction, but this is a shoe store/hype store turned pokemon store, so expect items to be right at or slightly above market value.”

“Friendly and very nice to help you. Was there for a dress shirt for church and found them to be expensive but also have not shopped them around. They do a buy one get one 50% most the time. At least the few times I have bought shirts there. Good selection and great inventory.”

Josh Kamp with JP Couture did my husband's final fitting today for his first set of custom shirts. They turned out so wonderful! This has been something my husband has wanted to do for such a long time, and Josh made it a reality! His first set are linen shirts that can be dressed up or down.

“10/10, would HIGHLY recommend! I was working with Kacey and Adam at the Traverse Mountain store. I came in looking for help with prescription eyewear, these two were not only tremendously helpful, but genuinely friendly! They were able to get me the frame and lens combination that I needed and helped me navigate the insurance rigmarole.
I had been to numerous other eyewear shops and ended up leaving with more questions than answers, but not with Kacey and Adam. These two are rockstars! Whatever they're making now, it needs to be more! Exceptional talent (like Kacey and Adam) is rare in retail, and if I were calling the shots, I would do anything to keep these two around for the long haul!”
“My fiancé and I went into the store a couple weeks ago. My older brother had passed unexpectedly, and I needed to find some slacks to bury him in. We were helped to find what we needed and then turned over to Colton or Coleman (don't quite remember his name as that time frame is kind of a blur.) “Stopped by after work cause it was on the way home. I was covered in sawdust and metal shavings but Foster(terrible at names so that's what I think his name was) still helped me a ton. Listened to the kind of shoes I was looking for and showed me several different styles and designs. He found me exactly what I was looking for and there was a nice sale going on too. It's been 2 weeks and the shoes are working out great! I'd definitely recommend asking for him if you know what you want but can't find it.”

“Okay… shopping with teenagers can be its own special form of hell, and my son is ridiculously difficult to shop for and usually refuses to even try. Mason somehow got him completely squared away, happy, and even trying clothes on… which honestly felt like witnessing a minor miracle. ?
Kaitlyn G (I may be spelling that wrong, sorry!) helped my daughter, who loves shopping but is super hard to fit well, and she was amazing too.
Both of my kids found a bunch of clothes they actually liked and that fit really well, which does not happen easily. But more than that, the staff made the whole thing fun and easy instead of stressful, and that means a lot.
I was so impressed I was ready to leave a note for the manager… only to find out Mason IS the manager ? so I guess this Google review is the next best thing.

“This is their manufacturing facility which also has a small storefront.
I was already a big fan of their belts, so we stopped by to get my wife a belt, too. The folks that work there were super friendly and helpful. They also have bins of factory seconds you can shop (they still carry the lifetime warranty).
Unfortunately, they no longer offer tours.
The whole experience above an beyond our expectations.
UPDATE: stopped in on another road trip and they were just as delightful. And they had their factory seconds out! Score!”
“I bought the new lord of the rings hoodie online it ended up being the wrong size I called the store they where very kind and set the correct size aside for me to exchange very grateful because it was the last one. unfortunately had to pay the difference on my online discount so was out 20$ but happy to be in my new hoodie.”
“The workers here and so sweet and kind, they truly are amazing. I honestly didn't get anyone's name, but the blue haired one with pretty bracelets and the one wearing the hat ( and striped shirt girl ) were AMAZING! I picked up a shirt that wasn't on sale but I thought it was because it was on the sale rack, and they honoured it which is so kind. I work in customer service so I understand how hard it can be to keep smiling especially towards the end of the day, but all of the people working today were amazing and so sweet, and I loved talking to them! the blue haired one especially needs a raise, it didn't feel forced to talk to her and she seemed genuinely curious about what I was saying, not just bored of working, which I admire. “I stopped into Sephora about a week ago, just running in to grab a couple things, and I ended up getting helped by this lovely young girl named Lilith. She was honestly the highlight of my whole trip. Super warm energy, didn’t rush me at all, and actually listened to what I wanted instead of trying to sell me random stuff. She matched my shade perfectly on the first try which never happens!! and even gave me a few little tips that actually made my makeup look better at home.
Overall, she made the whole experience feel easy and kinda fun. If you go in, ask for Lilith. She genuinely knows her stuff!??”
