“This was by far the easiest, most pleasant, fun car shopping experience we have ever had.First,let’s talk about the cafe. When you are working with sales, you get FREE food AND drinks! What?! I totally took advantage of that. I’m sure i earned back a couple hundred from my down payment ?Secondly,We got exactly what we wanted, right down to the last bolt. With no haggling, and NO pressure to buy! It was so weird having a salesperson who didn’t pressure you, and actually listened.Third,Cassidy is AMAZING! I honestly don't know how else to describe her. She was SO patient with my incredibly impatient fiance. ?Lastly,Before I went in to trade in our car, I looked it up online (KBB) to see what the value would be. High end was 4,100. Low end was 2,500. I was HOPING for at least 3,500, but since it’s a car dealership i had my doubts. The manager walked up to me and says “we can give you 4,000 for your car” ?I have never had this happen to me before.From start to finish, we had an absolute amazing experience with this whole process. “Could not be more impressed with BTI from start to finish they have exceeded my expectations. After running over a giant pothole twice I instantly knew something was wrong. Come to find out 2 of my Audi wheels were completely bent 1 was slightly bent. Dealer wanted 4k to replace them. I didn’t even know wheels could be bent back into shape. Luckily I was referred to BTI. Cars can be totaled for being sideswiped or rear ended, or minor front bumper damage that sets off an airbag even if it is a low mileage vehicle with nothing mechanically wrong with it at all.Rony will show you pictures of the car with the damage before they fixed it, he will be completely transparent about what they did and didn't fix, and if you have any problems within the first month of owning the car, they will fix it, no questions asked, even if it had nothing to do with the damage they repaired. They care about their customers and want them to be happy. One other great thing about doing business with this family, is there is no haggling or getting ripped off with extras or hidden fees. You can look at the price they are listing the car for, add on the state required taxes, and that is exactly what you will pay. Not one penny more. No doc fees, prep fees, bonus fees, NOTHING. I am buying my next car from them because I appreciate how they treat their customers.”

She explained what was wrong, helped me find what I needed and explained the differences between the products. As if that weren’t enough, she also helped me change the headlight. “I had a bug fly in my car causing me to hit a fence and break my mirror on my car and when I called them upset and crying they were the most kind and professional people ever they never once made me feel bad for not knowing anything about cars and the guy who answered the phone was calm and reassuring he was kind enough to even come check my car for me and give me recommendations on where to go for a fix . I love how helpful and mom judgmental they are !
