“Just want to give a shout out to Jim at Industrial Supply. He was helping me at their very busy counter today, and down the way a bit there was a guy that was talking quite loudly, which wasn’t a big deal at first, but then…. when he dropped the F bomb , Jim very politely ask the gentleman to please tone it down a little.That was impressive to me. I’m not saying that I was offended by the words the guys was using. Fact is, I probably have a much worse potty mouth than this guy does but…. this was definitely not the environment for it.It was obvious to me that Jim and the other folks behind the counter here take a lot of pride in what they do and where they work, and good customer service is still important to them.Everyone that was behind the counter greeted at some point during my visit. From the second I walked in, to the second that Jim said Thank you and I left.You don’t see this kind of service much anymore, and I for one really appreciated it.Thank you Industrial Supply for maintaining your values!!”
“We had Venetian Tile install quartz countertops in our kitchen a couple days ago, they were very easy to do business with! From Maddy at the office to Rivas and Angel the installers(who did an excellent job) all were very communicative and wanted us to be satisfied. They were timely and cleaned up when done. “I highly recommend this company. I purchased TimberTech decking materials from them at a price much lower than any of the other businesses I'd shopped. Brad was knowledgeable and extremely helpful through the entire process. He was always willing to answer my myriad of questions. (Be aware that he is sometimes away from his desk, so sometimes you need to call a couple of times before the phone is answered.) When the decking materials were delivered, a few of the facia pieces had been damaged. Brad quickly resolved the issue by having the damaged pieces picked up and new ones delivered within a couple of days. Everyone at this business was friendly and helpful. I will definitely purchase building materials from them again.”

“This is not a bad place for a trucker to deliver. People are friendly and try hard. Parking is a problem but if you call ahead they try to help you.The best thing to do is go to this place and check in.They will ask you for your phone number and than you can drive 1.7 miles straight up the road and park at Flying J. They call you come back (5 minutes) and when the traffic light in front of you turns red back it in. Nice wide driveway.Russ , H&M Trucking”
“Our courier was loaded with the wrong color trex and we were unable to get the 20' boards back to exchange them for the right color. After some convincing, the manager Troy(?) was able to get the right stuff brought to our job. Not the best experience but they made it right.”
“Had some issues with the garage door not closing. While it took 3 or 4 calls to actually talk to someone, their customer service was great & he even sent a tech out the same day to fix the door. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly & professional. He even adjusted some things above & beyond what was causing the closing issue, & he lubricated the whole operation. All in all, I highly recommend them for both their customer service & their knowledgeable technicians.”
