“We just had a remarkable customer service experience (and just when we thought good customer service was a thing of the past) We had ordered a SUBZERO from another company over a year ago, we realize that it is still taking longer when ordering, however, once the year was up, the company extended the time 4 times. The sales rep had been uninterested and short from the start. Started calling around and MLD had a few on hand. Justin Dalton gave us extraordinary service, even offered to deliver it. He bought freight blankets and wrapped it with extra bubble wrap. Took a video of the condition of the unit before it was loaded to leave. Kept in touch until the unit arrived at our door.
