“Wow! What great service! I’ve been in a few times looking at different things lately. All the ladies at the front desk have been super friendly and very helpful. My last visit was for the door handle for my door connecting my home and garage. The hardware wouldn’t open the door. I went in and purchased a new door handle . I needed help to get in installed. The sales woman went to the back asked Phil (manager ) if they had anyone that could do that for me . Phil was so kind to stop and install the handle for me . We have shopped at Tanner glass through the years. Always such great service!

His lack of training or poor training resulted to currently standing for a hour of trying to figure out our order in their new system. Nobody else can help for some odd reason to start our order over and get it fixed. The girl wanting the dishwasher next to our range has been here for almost 2 hours waiting for someone to write up her order because she, also, got Jeremy.
