“Bolt Center Plus! So very helpful with a purchase of hose clamps that I couldn't source locally and unable to find online. This small store had exactly what I needed!!! I received friendly service from multiple employees and will be returning multiple times for sure. I suggest any and all friendly tradesman visit and get to know the inventory as they will more than likely have something needed. THANK YOU BOLT CENTER.”

“Johnny Ramirez came out to meet with me—for Beacon Doors and what a class act. I appreciate his knowledge and experience (and patience!) more than words can express. We’ve been remodeling a commercial building and as all remodeling projects go, it’s had ups and downs. It’s a lot. A bright spot— we just had some Beacon doors installed and we LOVE them, they’re strong, beautiful and they’ll last practically forever. We’re looking forward to getting more doors replaced at this property—and our other properties installed with Beacon products. 5*+++++++ Thanks so very much!!!”

“Wow! What great service! I’ve been in a few times looking at different things lately. All the ladies at the front desk have been super friendly and very helpful. My last visit was for the door handle for my door connecting my home and garage. The hardware wouldn’t open the door. I went in and purchased a new door handle . I needed help to get in installed. The sales woman went to the back asked Phil (manager ) if they had anyone that could do that for me . Phil was so kind to stop and install the handle for me . We have shopped at Tanner glass through the years. Always such great service! Phil, I hope the company knows what a great employee you are. I had a great experience with you and your store this last week. Thank you, Diane Bentley”

“Came at a close out sale day, great prices, worst service. If you get Jeremy... run!... His lack of training or poor training resulted to currently standing for a hour of trying to figure out our order in their new system. Nobody else can help for some odd reason to start our order over and get it fixed. The girl wanting the dishwasher next to our range has been here for almost 2 hours waiting for someone to write up her order because she, also, got Jeremy. Meanwhile, I’m watching people getting checked out as we wait to figure out our order. ** Updated to 4 stars from 2 because a lady finally got us help and gave us a great deal on a shower head set. Going on to two hours of waiting to resolve. Hope this gets fixed soon. **”
