Tripp, Dillon and Fuji wrapped and packed everything with care, put everything back together, where we wanted and nothing damaged, broken or issues whatsoever,. “I initially had a pretty good experience with Jonathan and Sugarhouse storage. It was close to the house we were moving out of and the outdoor units that we rented were clean and easily accessible. Once we cleared out of our units, I received an email that my account was closed. Great. Then I received an autopay receipt for $85, the cost of one of our units. It took me several tries to get it rectified but after speaking to Jason, I believe my issue was simply overlooked until I wrote this review. Jason quickly contacted me and was diligent about getting the refund taken care of. Pretty good service, just make sure you stay on top of the details.”

“I’ve had a storage unit here for a few years to keep inventory and equipment for my business safe. It’s a very secure facility since it the owner had the security system redone and privacy slats added to the fence and has very little traffic due to being in a residential area and since the new owners took over in 2018 has been a very well-kept place. There are all sizes of storage units, including ones large enough that I’ve seen people store cars inside. They’ve also got an AWESOME on-site maintenace guy there that fixed a lot of things like a leak in my ceiling and the roll up door track that was being noisy and jammed.”
