“This was the best place I could have gone to for a bed! I went in one day just wanting to look for a cheap bed that I could possibly afford even if it wasn’t something that would be the best form my back until I could get a budget for a better bed. I met a lovely lady who worked there that was able to answer all of my questions, even some of the obnoxious ones that probably didn’t make sense haha! But she was amazing helping me and my boyfriend look for some better beds that would be good for our backs and side sleeping. I ended up wanting to take a few days to decide on what bed I was able to get. I had my heart set on a purple premier bed I believe, so I gave the a call just wanting to see if they could send beds at a latter day for people who are in the middle of moving and it was a yes! Then I ended up wanting to see if I could afford the bed I wanted. The manager I talked to was helping me see what my options were to see if I could get the bed that I wanted. I had a low budget with financing and I had a bit pricier bed in mind but could not afford it out of pocket. The manager helped me out the best he could and even gave me some awesome deals! When I wasn’t able to get the bed I wanted, I was really torn and gave up on the bed I was hoping for. But I got a call back from the manager around 30-40 minutes later with a great alternative that was in my budget that I could work with. This was a wonderful experience and I’m so happy I chose mattress firm to get a bed from. Having people who don’t know me and want to help me to the best of their abilities, to help me get what I was wanting is the happiest I’ve felt when it come to buying something that’ll be a big part of my everyday life. And they didn’t just do their jobs they were some of the kindest and most understanding people I could have ever met that really cared. Thank you so much mattress firm!

“I just went down to the Purple Mattress showroom in Lehi, Utah. I bought a purple harmony pillow and the comfort is amazing. I'm going to buy a purple mattress down the road. I'm disabled and Joey Tate helped me transfer onto the various beds and helped raise the backrest on one of the beds Joey Tate was very patient and attentive in helping me. I would highly recommend going to the Lehi, Utah showroom if you need a new mattress. Thanks, Greg Jacobs”

They provide excellent customer service, and carefully walked me through the ordering process when I chose my custom (gnarly wood finish) sleeper sofa.The sofa was packed carefully and shipped in lightening fast time. It arrived and instantly transformed the space into a real cabin / lodge feel room, with our wood paneling and fireplace.We slept on the high quality mattress within a day or two of delivery, and my husband and I both got a fantastic night's rest. It's hit and miss, but has a fast turnover, so keep going back if you're looking for something specific. If the don't have it on Thursday, it could be there by Monday.”

“I love having this small Target right in the middle of town for quick errands when I don't have time to get to the larger ones at East Bay or Orem! It's especially convenient to get to buy bicycle from the Provo River Trail.
HUGE shout-out to Dora today for helping me find the right makeup for ballroom performance for my daughter--the front just radioed for someone who knows makeup to come help me, and Dora was there in seconds and had me on my way! “If u ever need carpet or furniture upholstered, this is the place to go. I have one of my great-grandmother's chairs that was in excellent condition. I didn't care for the color it was. it is a 100 year old chair still in really good condition. I just wanted to change the color. When I got it there the owner phil was looking at it and said to me that chair looks really familiar as he pulled the cushions off he found a tag that was from there shop almost 50years ago that had his signature on it stating that he was the one that had done the upholstered this chair for my great grandmother almost 50 years earlier when his dad owner and operated the business. This place is well worth ur money and friendly family owned business. Highly recommended!!”
