If I could give Judd’s Towing and specifically Dallon more than five stars, I would. I had a complex situation involving moving a vehicle out of a garage in Orem to be transported all the way to Florida, and Dallon turned a logistical nightmare into a masterclass in professional service.
The challenges started immediately: the car had a dead battery and a failed manual lock, meaning neither the fob nor the key would work. Dallon was incredibly patient, waiting for a locksmith to arrive, and then returning an hour later to jump the battery and safely get the car onto a flatbed to his lot in Spanish Fork.
What happened next is where Dallon truly went above and beyond:
Constant Communication: Even with a two-hour time zone difference, Dallon answered every single one of my calls—whether it was 7:00 a.m. his time or late into the evening. He was always polite, transparent, and helpful.
Vehicle Care: My transport company delayed the pickup for an entire week due to various excuses. Throughout that time, Dallon kept the car in a secure lot, started it regularly, and ensured the battery stayed charged so it would be ready to go the moment the shipper arrived.
Extreme Dedication: After multiple no-shows from the transport company, Dallon actually met the driver at 10:00 p.m. at night to personally help load the vehicle and ensure it was handled correctly for its trip to Florida.

“I gotta give a huge shoutout to Cole our tow truck driver. after getting the run around from our insurance road side assistant waiting over two hours up in spanish fork canyon with the temps at 29 degrees just to get told sorry for the inconvenience but your tow was canceled. so now it's midnight and we called stauffer's towing and they had us a truck to not only pick the truck up but tow the toy hauler back home as well. Cole our driver was very friendly and definitely can hold a conversation. I would highly recommend them to be your first call.”

“Look, getting towed sucks, but I understand it's business, and when it's your livelihood, of course they'll take the opportunities they get to tow legally, even if it sucks for the one getting towed. I totally get it.In my case it was a simple mistake at my own apartment complex, my fault, it is what it is. Picked up on the second ring when I called the number listed, gave me the address, amount, and when to arrive. Driver was there on time, was polite and gave me a chance to take a look around the car to make sure it was undamaged. My car is AWD and he was careful enough to use dolleys for the rear so my diff didn't get shredded while towing it.Of course getting towed is a major bummer, but for what it's worth, these guys are polite and mindful of your AWD vehicle, something I can't say for other towing companies I've dealt with in the past.”
