“Got a tow with Dallon tonight and he was very professional and helpful. He operated his truck with precision on a dark street and even offered to drop our keys in the after hours drop box at the repair center so we didn’t have to make the drive ourselves. It was about 80miles and very well done with excellent driving. The truck looked to be in excellent condition as well. Would definitely recommend this company!”

I walked in with no appt and they looked at my car immediately, resolved the issue (it was a simple one) and sent me on my way at no charge! So grateful. Thank you for saving me a stressful weekend! ….I just found my new mechanic for car repairs!!”
“Cougar auto has their pros and cons but I have been very happy with the outcome of the work they have done. They are a little pricier and some things have had to go back to fix, but they are insanely quick and their customer service is by far the best I’ve dealt with. Worth it just for that!I also recently sold my car they worked on and their warranty transferred to the next owner, made the sale even easier!”

“Today my sister , kids and I were traveling on the freeway and kept hearing something knocking under her van. We discovered the tire holder for the spare tire had dropped down. We had no tools in the van. We stopped at Sorensen Auto body and asked them if we could use a wrench. I feel bad for not asking his name but one of the gentleman in the office came out, seen the issue went back in, came out with the wrench and fixed the issue. So kind and thoughtful. He even gave me his wrench to take with just incase…. Kind thoughtful and willing to help without a second thought. So incredibly thankful for his kindness and willingness to help us out!!! In the future I will be bringing any auto body work to this place and for sure will spread how awesome they are!!! Thank you so much!!!! Have a blessed blessed year!!!!!”

My car is so low that several other tow companies rejected to even bother trying to tow it, which was frustrating in the beginning but I'm glad it worked out how it worked out because now I found my new favorite towing company! “Very happy with the service department here. Everyone seems friendly and they seem to listen to the customers and their needs and also work with you if you don’t have a coupon which makes me happy because I’m saving a little money. I had went to Karl Malone Toyota in Sandy and some of the service reps made me want to quit going and I watched the stressful up sells on people and one guy was especially pushy and they only seemed driven by billing you hardcore. I guess Karl wants the money in service like he did while finishing his dunks or layups to the rim or basket aggressively adding some more points. Well, I’ve cut and released them from any further service or sales in the future and now refer my customers to Brent Brown Toyota.”
“Very helpful and informative over the phone and through text. We had an abandoned vehicle left on private property that needed to be removed. They have specific and simple process that needs to be followed in order for the removal of the vehicle. The best part was when I called the number an actual person answered!”

“Look, getting towed sucks, but I understand it's business, and when it's your livelihood, of course they'll take the opportunities they get to tow legally, even if it sucks for the one getting towed. I totally get it.In my case it was a simple mistake at my own apartment complex, my fault, it is what it is. Picked up on the second ring when I called the number listed, gave me the address, amount, and when to arrive. Driver was there on time, was polite and gave me a chance to take a look around the car to make sure it was undamaged. My car is AWD and he was careful enough to use dolleys for the rear so my diff didn't get shredded while towing it.Of course getting towed is a major bummer, but for what it's worth, these guys are polite and mindful of your AWD vehicle, something I can't say for other towing companies I've dealt with in the past.”
