“If in Salt Lake City, this is a mist stop for souvenirs. The lady working there was so kind and helpful that we couldn’t believe it. While we were strolling around the shop, she brought us 2 waters and a Map of Utah, free of charge. We continued looking for a special magnet, but she didn’t have one and she was so kind and offered to send it to us free of charge. We were shocked by the kindness. She also gave us space to shop in peace and wasn’t at all intrusive. As Europeans that means a lot to us ?. By far best giftvshop on our USA roadtrip.”

Regardless, my consultant “Q” was absolutely amazing! She helped turn a nervous, anxious situation into a beautiful experience. This was my first of 3 appts that day and because of my experience with Q I vowed to buy my dress at Fantasy, cuz the experience with the other 2 shops just could not compare. “I've visited ENSO several times now for different needs and they always treat me respectfully and kindly. I've never had a piercing go wrong or haywire from them. One example, I got my nose pierced a few months back, and came in to replace the long stud with a shorter one. A few days later, I realized it was too short, to the point where the top of my piercing sunk beneath the surface of the skin on my nose. I dont think anyone realized this would happen. I went in to see what we could do about it, and Jake had me fixed up within just a few short (relatively painless) minutes.I recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a clean, safe, highly-skilled, professional piercing experience.
