There were some challenges with moving a treadmill, however I was impressed that the lead team member re-visited my home twice to bring a missing piece of hardware to make the treadmill work. They even had to transfer the contents of the big truck onto a trailer to get the items up our long driveway, and then unload it all into our garage and house . We would definitely use them again. Overall, a really great experience.”

“Initially I was not satisfied with the company used for the answering service and rentals l, which led me to leave a bad and deplorable review for Towne storage in So Jordan. But since meeting the lady in the office and working with the manager at the location my heart and feeling of this place was immediately reversed. This is a wonderful place to store your items, it is safe and has private access and climate controlled to make sure your things are well stored and protected. They really went above and beyond to make sure that I am a happy person and customer. So I am pleased to store some of my prized items here. I trust these guys. And definitely work with the office staff especially the wonderful lady in the office, now she understands and possess an unmatched level of customer satisfaction. I am happy that everything worked out.

From the initial walk thru/consult and quoting to final delivery he was a true professional. He answered all my questions/calls/emails and communicated thoroughly along the way. He was always personable and always helpful. Moving is stressful especially with storage and cross country moving involved but Chad always did his best to make sure I was taken care of. He proactively provided information and was always upfront with costs so there were no surprises at any point. In addition, we were impressed with our delivery crew on the back end. “If you're moving out of the state you live in, listen to me...use these guys. It was by far the cheapest option. We packed our stuff on a Saturday, and we got it by Thursday. It came all in one piece. We saved 100 bucks by playing tetris well enough to not use the whole trailer. The 24/7 hotline is super easy and answered all of my annoying questions. NO brainer.”
