“The staff at this facility is incredibly kind and helpful. I came in just before closing, and despite the late hour, they were courteous, patient, and willing to assist me. They helped me find the right unit for my needs and took the time to show me around the entire property.
It was truly a breath of fresh air compared to some of the other storage facilities I’ve visited in the valley. The level of customer service and professionalism stood out immediately.

“very clean and helpful, no issues except with phone calls, no one picks up and I have to drive into the office to ask a question. A simple portable phone would be helpful for the customers to contact employees.”
“Hailey has been great to work with, very pleasant to speak with on the phone and accommodating if it's within reason. We had multiple units at this property. If you're wanting a unit where there is an onsite manager or a live-in this is not the place for you. They have their security cameras up but I believe self-policing is a practice that is used at this facility. So expect tenants to report if your acting weird or suspect. Thats just an incentive to ensure your acting right and extra set of eyes on on the area because we all want to protect our belongings. Unfortunately We did experience a break in from another tenant and his special friends but Hailey was super supportive and helped work with a detective to get video footage so the party responsible for the damage and theft would be held accountable. There was no delay quick response, quick turnaround, and assistance. Thanks Hailey it was a pleasure working with you. Moving on to new places and adventures.”
