“Fantastic experience. Rob called me every step of the way over the course of the 2-3 weeks that my trailer was there for many repairs. I’m a new camper owner, and inherited an old one for free. Rob walked me through a list of items in order of the most important things to accommodate the budget I was on. He left me with some recommendations and further items that he would tackle next to give me some ideas for the future. Will definitely come here again for future needs and questions. “These guys are top-notch! I got a few quotes around town, and the only way these guys the least expensive, they also gave me the fastest timeline and met it. The work itself was masterfully done. “I honestly can’t say enough good things about this shop!
My 2020 Ford Fusion was shifting a little weird, but I figured it was just “normal wear” and I’d live with it. Dropped it off for what I thought was routine service, and these guys went above and beyond. They caught a developing transmission issue that I had NO idea was there (something that could have left me stranded or cost me thousands down the road). They explained everything clearly, showed me exactly what was wrong, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need.
They got the repair done fast, the car shifts smoother than the day I bought it, and the bill was completely fair. The shop is spotless, everyone is friendly and professional, and they even texted me updates with pictures while the work was being done.
If you want a shop you can actually trust (one that looks out for you instead of just looking for your wallet), this is the place. I’m telling everyone I know to bring their cars here. Thank you for saving my transmission and my sanity! Already looking forward to my next visit (which I’m sure will just be routine maintenance because these guys fixed it right the first time).
