They don't ask for my account number over the loud speaker at the drive-thru like other places do. (Actually I don't know if they do or not, it's a jab and another dude and another credit union that I don't like at all.) They have a coin counting machine that is free for members. An awesome perk if you ask me. When you walk in, you notice the extra benefits of being a member of this branch right away.Automobile loans are very competitive with their rates here, we've done them twice in the past through this credit Union.I don't know how long I've been a member, long enough that I don't remember how long ago I started. How about that. A good long time anyway.”

“I would like to commend Kennedi at the Provo America First Branch. I needed to make a deposit and get a new debit card. I was a victim of fraud. Kennedi was able to process a new card for me on the spot. Then she went the extra mile and showed me how to lock my card when it is not being used. It is an app on my phone. She further told me that I should consider getting a Credit Card through America First, and the reasons why it is more beneficial in times of fraud. I appreciated her going the extra mile in pointing out things that are going to be helpful to me. What I really appreciated was her greeting me with such kindness and a great smile.”
