“In today’s society customer service seems to be a dying art but Jose was so wonderful that it was a delight that I haven’t experienced in years. He was able to navigate me through all the questions and administrative things I needed to achieve. I was so impressed that when my son arrives home to the states as he lives abroad I want to move all my financial business from Bank of America here to Utah First as I feel more confident navigating my financial needs with those who are more willing to address my personal needs and taking the time to help me achieve those goals. “I discovered on a Friday night that my card account was hacked, so I called the emergency fraud number and went in on Saturday to take care of cleaning my account up. Spencer Day was extremely helpful in disputing the fraudulent charges for us, made sure the card was canceled, and quickly got me a replacement card. On top of all that, he checked to make sure all my other accounts were good and that any updates were completed. Trust me, it was a very great relief to have his help and expertise. Frank was Never stressed and was Always Kind and Professional.
