“It has beautiful things, but is very expensive. I bought an Anna princess dress for my granddaughter for $49. When I got home, I searched Amazon for a matching crown, but found the EXACT same dress, plus a crown, wand, and gloves on sale for $15, normally $25. I tried to return the first dress, but they would only give me store credit, so I ended up spending even more by the time I found something else for her. Very disappointing.”
“I wanted to take a moment to recognize the amazing staff at Tilly’s. (Charlotte, addy and Charlie) we were shopping with our kids today, and during our visit, my daughter had an incident. The way the employees responded was nothing short of incredible. They were kind, patient, compassionate, and treated her with so much care and understanding during a difficult moment. It’s easy to find a store that sells great products, but it’s much harder to find employees who genuinely care about the people who walk through their doors. The staff went above and beyond to help us, and their kindness made a stressful situation so much easier for our family. Thank you for showing such empathy and professionalism. “The older women that was working at the dressing rooms was so rude and impatient. I was taken aback because we only wanted to try on a few things and she was so rude about it. Like sorry for inconveniencing you to do the job you get paid to do. Someone must have pissed in her breakfast cereal. Otherwise everyone else that works here has been great with us. Negative stars for the dressing room lady and 5 for everyone else.”
“Mindy was very nice and told me where everything I needed was. She even ended up ringing me out. She was attentive and bagged my items perfectly being extra careful with my candles.”

“This is my new favorite store! I'm sad I didn't know about it sooner. We got a set of nightstands and they gave us a discount when purchased together. They have a wide variety of furniture and decor. The staff were super friendly and helped carry the furniture to our truck. I'll definitely be back!”
