“Today I was desperate to find something to look my best while at Fashion Place Mall. I found what I was looking for at the Madewell there. Honestly, I’ve never thought that I looked decent in any other clothes. But I had the help of their stylist, Didi, as well as other staff members, including Kayan, Ashley and Julie. Together they helped me find what I needed and feel great about myself at the end of it all. Having their help, I realize it’s not that the clothes didn’t look good on me, I just needed some expertise and everyone there has it. I will definitely be going back.”

“This is the store I go to for authentic and sustainable gifts that mean something. if I want to shop at a local business and know where things have been made - as well as who made them. It makes all of the difference to shop at Salt & Honey, compared to going shopping in a bunch of mall or strip mall stores.
I have spent time (and $$) in each of the 9th & 9th and Fashion Place stores. While I most enjoyed the setting and environment of the 9th & 9th location, both stores were well organized. I think almost anybody could find a gift for someone they love (including themselves, if self-care needs to be a priority :-) in either of the stores I visited”

“Honestly becoming one of my favorite stores, it's like a cheaper ross or tjmax. There's security long lines. But honestly it doesn't bother me they accept in store payments have a little of everything, home goods clothes, bath and body items. Looking forward to getting clothes for kiddos”

“Love this location! I came in around black Friday last year and got a pair of flare leggings that I LOVE. I didn't get the employees name at the time, but even in the busy rush of things, she was SO HELPFUL and found me alternatives when they didn't have what I wanted. I went back again today just to see and to my surprise they had denim! Conrad assisted me and was the best! He was so kind to explain the sizing to me and the difference in the stretch. He was very helpful without being overbearing. He didn't even bother us when we left empty handed! I ended up stopping back in on my way out to get another pair of the same leggings I love, and even 10 minutes before closing he was so helpful to point me right to them. This location has been seriously wonderful and helpful every time I come in. They have a pretty fair range of sizes and styles, and their store is very clean and well organized. This is a long review, but as a retail employee myself I am so super pleased at the staff at this location and their store conditions. Keep up the good work guys you are seriously awesome!! And thank you so much to Conrad for making us feel welcome ❤️”

“Let me start out by saying that this is highlighting the wonderful employees here at pac sun. I have never felt compelled to write a review but I am here in hopes that the ugly human who is most likely going to leave a negative review, sees this. I have never in my life seen a more disgusting human than what I encountered today at this store. My two kids shop here like clockwork, we are in this specific store at least once a week and I’m sure the employees recognize us by now. They always greet us and while we had been a little thrown off by the “no drink” policy at the beginning, we also understand, I’ve worked retail for many years and know that one bad apple ruins it for everyone. Today, while shopping for my kids, I overheard an individual making remarks while walking around, she wasn’t quiet about it either. She said some degrading words and also some slurs towards a specific employee, and I know this because she kept harassing all the employees asking them for this employee’s name. She continued to rant and rave about how they told her she couldn’t have the drink in the store and how her daughter needs it because she’s a diabetic and what they where doing was illegal, which it is not. Anyone can refuse service to anyone and that’s the right of an establishment. Not only was she being derogatory to this employee but she was also rude and disrespectful to the young lady at the fitting rooms. All this over being told she couldn’t have her drink in the store. If your daughter is diabetic and she is having an episode, go home and take care of her instead of going shopping and harassing people and calling them names. I’m glad the wonderful employee that you asked for her name, did not give it to you. And I hope corporate reads this because I’m sure she will call you and give you her side of the story but leave out all the name calling she hurled at this employee. I wish more people came on to leave positive reviews about these employees, I’ve never had a negative interaction here, which is why we keep coming back to this specific one. Keep up the good work Pac sun at fashion place.”

“Loved the Melange pant. A favorite spot to look for new clothing. I had noticed a dip in stuff I wanted to purchase, but it seems they have been recovering from that. Would love a ZARA in Ogden eventually, if we ever get a mall redevelopment at Newgate (Newgate Shoppingtown is what I think the redeveloped mall should be called by).”

“They were so kind! Knowledgeable and definitely helpful! I needed to get a vest for my husband and they helped find the vest told me if he didnt like it i could come back and get something he liked. He ended up loving the vest! And got a patch put on. And it took 5 minutes to get back! Definitely will come back!”
