“I don’t usually write reviews, but what happened to me at T-Mobile deserves to be shared—because an associate named Noah didn’t just help me switch carriers. She changed my life.
I came into the store feeling completely defeated. I’d been trapped in an impossible situation between AT&T and Xfinity. Both companies were refusing to release my number, tossing me between departments like I was some kind of afterthought. I had been on the phone for hours, multiple days in a row. I was missing important calls, couldn’t access two-factor authentication, and was honestly starting to panic. My number wasn’t just a number—it was tied to my job, my family, everything.
Then I met Noah.
She listened patiently while I explained everything—every frustrating call, every dead end. And instead of just pointing me to customer service like others had done, Noah sat down beside me and walked through every call with me. She was calm, strategic, and somehow knew exactly what to say to get through to the right people.
What I couldn’t do in two weeks, Noah did in two hours.
Not only did she help me get both of my phone numbers released, she got my phones paid off, set me up with a brand new account at T-Mobile, and even applied a special discount I didn’t know existed. She made sure every little detail was handled, every loose end tied. I walked out of that store with working phones, my numbers back, and more savings than I expected.
It genuinely felt like I was spiraling before Noah stepped in. She was the first person throughout this entire ordeal who took real ownership of my problem and treated it like it mattered. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced that kind of care and competence in a retail setting before.

“Place is a little chaotic sometimes. I went there Saturday march 16, 2024 at 9pm and had very little time to find a family of 5 matching yellow outfits for an event we had the next day. Marry a worker there on that date at that time went above and beyond what any other employee there has ever done for me. She helped me make sure i found everything i needed and in time. He helped me get my system up and running. He is very skilled in his customer service, (patience, kindness these things go along way), and his knowledge base of the systems and what they were worth as well as how to keep them working was priceless. Thank you so much Gus for all your help I highly recommend anyone coming in, as he represented GameStop very well. This guy deserves bonus!”

“I really love this location! My usual 7 Eleven closed and I needed to find a new one. This location is so good, I don't miss my old one as much. (Sorry other 7 Eleven) There is a great selection and was very well stocked. The employee here was an absolute angel. I forgot my wallet and went to grab it. When I came back the employee was very understanding and even left some napkins with the pizza I was going to buy. This kind employee was the best!!! ❤️❤️❤️ This location deserves 5 stars :D”
