“The experts for electronics repair. They brought back to life my 45 year old audio receiver and I couldn't be more pleased with the service I got. It had blown resistors, leaking capacitors, bent knobs/dials and they were able to make it look and sound like new again. It sounds amazing now and seeing all of the equipment in their store was incredible. Record players, amplifiers, speakers, stereos, they can fix it all. Electronics repair is a dying art and there are not a lot of people left with this kind of experience anymore so I feel very lucky to have Interwest Electronics here locally in Utah and will be using them again. “Back from the dead! Thank you Michael, you helped me revive my Xbox that has been threatened by extinction. I have tried for about 3 years to get this guy fixed but have been unable to do so. I ended up doing a DIY project and with lessons learned (do NOT use a lighter to heat up solder) I chose to take it to the professionals. In about an hour they made light work of what felt like the impossible. Best regards and I will recommend this place to anyone wishing to fix their old gadgets and gizmos galore. “I used to have the SMT-3 laptop and I absolutely loved it! After a few years, as the hardware got older and older, I traded it in towards a new SMT-7 laptop. I figured why not. It's a more advanced and powerful PC, right? Not really. So far, the experience has been disappointing. The laptop keeps freezing over and over again, leading me to take it back into the store to get it fixed.UPDATE #1: Despite the recent experience with the SMT-7, the guys at PC laptops have my back and are doing everything they can to make it right, which I highly appreciate. There might’ve been a one in a million defect in the hardware - something beyond their control - but they’ve got a new laptop being prepared at no extra charge. I think these guys definitely deserve a 5-star review after all that is said and done. Until then, I’ll keep the review updated based on the status of the laptop I paid for. This review did start as a 3 stars until PC laptops reached out to me in order to provide further assistance. They didn’t leave me out in the cold like many other companies do. For that, I give them the extra star and plan to give them another after I hear back.UPDATE #2: [Coming soon]”

I learned about Technotronics first when they were referred to me by a printer company to have a printer I had, that quit working while under warranty, worked on.Then I went to work for a banking company and they were actually using Gilbert and Technotronics for some of their printers. He’s been great to work with, if you guys ever need a guy that can take care of your printers, has a lot of knowledge, and gets the job done quickly, and is very helpful with purchasing ink as well. Then Technotronics is the place to go for business and home office machines. Gilbert is my go to guy for all my printer repairs.”

“Will was my hero today. I managed to get my toner cartridge jammed into my printer so badly I seriously thought I was going to have to buy a new laser jet. It's amazing how easy someone who really knows what they're doing can make something look. He managed to remove the cartridge, showed me how to remove the drum, then reinserted the cartridge correctly and carried my printer out to my car, all at no charge. BTW, they have relocated to 3349 S. Main Street. If you need a printer or copier serviced, especially the big high-volume ones, Will is your man.”

“This place is absolutely amazing. I went in to several repair shops sobbing my eyes out because my phone broke and all of my pictures of my kids from the past 4 years were lost and I couldn't get them off.i had a SD card in there but somehow none of my data saved to it. Every place I went to couldn't help me and told me it was basically a lost cause or that it would be a $200 fix and it wasn't guaranteed that they could retrieve the info either. I went here and the repair guy was able to temporarily fix my phone and transfer over all of my data and photos to my new phone within 2 hours for $85 without an appointment same day. They were super kind and amazing to work with I would highly recommend this place.”
