“This location is always clean. I see staff cleaning machines during slow times, and they are very friendly. It’s very bright inside with nice natural light and has a lot of different coves so doesn’t feel like everyone can see you whole Time. Of the 3 different locations I’ve tried this one is my favorite.”

He is the maintenance man at the the Vasa fitness center in West Valley City. He is very caring and kind and hard-working to keep our swimming pool open for the Silver Sneaker classes.
I have been given an order from my doctor for have physical therapy by exercising at least three times a week, to reverse a lifetime threatening brain disorder.
The aerobic swim class with Carrie is by far the BEST workout ever for me..
Whithout MIKES knowledge and expertise in maintaining these areas in the gym, (keeping that pool going), the class doesn't happen and I would NOT be a member of this gym! I come for Silver Sneakers.
Mike shows he is a very caring person and he goes the extra mile in doing good work.
