“I had the best experience with Craig and his team at Vermont Quick Lube. My partner and I were driving back to Virginia, when we realized our wiper fluid had frozen in the car (who knew they make wiper fluid that isn’t freeze resistant lol).
Unsure of what to do, we ventured to VQL to see if they had any ideas on how to help. Even though they were busy, they allowed us to bring our car in to help thaw the wiper fluid. The roads were a mess and we wouldn’t have been able to see the road without the fix.
Truly could not have asked for more helpful or knowledgeable individuals! They replaced our “southern” wiper fluid with freeze resistant wiper fluid after thawing. They even had drinks and snacks in the waiting room with a heater. Thank you to these kind people!!”

“Where to begin?! A month ago my parents' Prius stalled on the highway. By the grace of God, a generous couple picked them up and helped them. One of those people was Mike, a mechanic at Ayer Auto. Their car was towed to the shop and we anxiously waited the prognosis. Blessedly, it wasn't a catastrophic issue. They were able to fix it in a day! Mike stayed in touch throughout the repair even finding us a less expensive part. The entire staff at Ayer Auto were so kind and helpful. They're the first place we go to for any car troubles because we know they care and will do quality work. To top it off, you'll have your work cut out for you trying to find another mechanic who provides this level of service and expertise while also providing prices that can't be beat.

“Randall Manning from Chelsea, VT: I recently had a flat tire on my tractor and contacted NE Truck Tire and asked about repairs. They said to bring it over and they'd take care of it. I brought it in, and Keith and another gentleman helped me unload my tire and took my contact info and gave me a turn around time of the next day. The next day Alan Belanger called my wife and told her the tire was ready. Due to a VA appt, I had to go the following day. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost of the repairs, extremely reasonable. Again, Keith helped me load my tire on my trailer. I found Keith, Alan, and the other young man who also helped with the loading to be friendly, professional and likable. Good job all around!”

“Had an excellent experience purchasing a new (to me) vehicle at Poulin Auto. I came in with an idea of the vehicle style and price range I wanted and sales rep Mike did a great job helping me find a quality vehicle that fit what I wanted. He did a great job walking me through all the steps of financing, registration paperwork, even got me some trade-in value for my very tired old Subaru. Last but not least, we discovered a minor engine issue during the test drive (O2 sensor) and Mike arranged to have the part replaced for free within 4 days of purchase. Car has been running great since then with no issues. Plenty of lots have cars on them, but I feel that the honest and respectful service I got at Poulin is harder to come by and counts for a lot.”

“On a trip to Vermont from Maine and blew a tire on a Saturday. Figured nobody would be open/able to get us in and really didn't want to drive the 200 miles home on a donut. Luckily I called this location and Joe was able to get us right in for a replacement same day and saved our trip. Shout out to the tech as well who was able to get us in and out in under half an hour. Top notch service and thank you for fitting us in on a Saturday afternoon.”

“In 24 hours time I realized that the buying experience at McGee was going to be far superior than dealers I'd encountered inside Chittenden County where I live. The salespeople listened, answered all questions, and explained every aspect of the vehicle from the technical aspects of a hybrid, to financing. Was it worth traveling 40 miles east to test drive? With the listing several thousand below MSRP and an additional $1,000 from Hyundai, maximum for my trade-in, and <2.5% financing -- it is absolutely worth my going to McGee!
