“Where to begin?! A month ago my parents' Prius stalled on the highway. By the grace of God, a generous couple picked them up and helped them. One of those people was Mike, a mechanic at Ayer Auto. Their car was towed to the shop and we anxiously waited the prognosis. Blessedly, it wasn't a catastrophic issue. They were able to fix it in a day! Mike stayed in touch throughout the repair even finding us a less expensive part. The entire staff at Ayer Auto were so kind and helpful. They're the first place we go to for any car troubles because we know they care and will do quality work. “Randall Manning from Chelsea, VT: I recently had a flat tire on my tractor and contacted NE Truck Tire and asked about repairs. They said to bring it over and they'd take care of it. I brought it in, and Keith and another gentleman helped me unload my tire and took my contact info and gave me a turn around time of the next day. The next day Alan Belanger called my wife and told her the tire was ready. Due to a VA appt, I had to go the following day. I was pleasantly surprised by the cost of the repairs, extremely reasonable. Again, Keith helped me load my tire on my trailer. I found Keith, Alan, and the other young man who also helped with the loading to be friendly, professional and likable. Good job all around!”

Paul Lorenzini has been my go-to mechanic for both of our vehicles ever since. He is incredibly skilled and knowledgeable with the services he offers, and he also has a great attitude and treats his customers in a totally professional "I'm here to help you" kind of way. To top it off, you'll have your work cut out for you trying to find another mechanic who provides this level of service and expertise while also providing prices that can't be beat. “Went in for a recall, got an oil change, windshield washer fluid refilled, tire pressure topped off, and a full vehicle look over/check up for free! Staff was incredibly nice and hospitable. Nice little lounge available to hang out in while waiting for the vehicle to be done. Staff was very sweet to the toddler I had tagging along with me, and was very accommodating by still allowing me to get service done despite being half an hour late. Very impressed, definitely will come back in the future”

“I found a car I liked and got it checked out by a third party mechanic. Paulin’s fixed the mechanical and electrical issues that were identified. I decided to purchase it. The car came with a 3000mi warranty, they promised to pay for half of the repairs. The second week I had the car the break line needed to be replaced and at first I was disappointed but they made it right. So far, but my experience with Paulin’s has been courteous and stress-free.”

Jason got me in, checked my tire pressure, and filled my tires up. I was able to make it to Burlington and back home. I got my winter tires on today thankfully but I’m grateful for the excellent customer service they provided. If I lived closer, I would get my car serviced here. I highly recommend.Service: Tires”
