“Great experience getting an oil change here. They take an in depth video of your car to show you it's health or potentially any issues. They also had coupons on the website that they honored when I pulled one up. Got my key fab battery changed for free as well! Very friendly, and comfortable waiting room. The whole experience only took about an hour. I will be coming back for future maintenance.”

I purchased a Tacoma from Heritage last month and had been waiting for a part that was backordered to arrive so it could be replaced at no charge. As promised, they contacted me right away to get it taken care of. Ray quickly got me scheduled (I like the texting feature of your CRM), Javin was incredibly helpful from start to finish, welcomed me, and got me set up. Erick worked with me at the desk with some questions I had and after a couple of plot twists....Erick and Javin went above and beyond to find me a rental for the day and ensured that I was a happy customer, even though it was busy and 8am ? Totally exceeded my expectations. It was clear that they actually enjoyed making my day better! At the end of the day, I drove away in my truck by 5pm having paid $0 (with brand new AC, blasting cold air!) Very pro, thank you!”
