145 Harmony Ln, East DorsetWe were visiting VT when my puppy suddenly got sick. I called every vet in the area and Dr. Wendell was the only one who would see him AFTER HOURS! The next day he called to check on him!! My own vet doesn’t do that! I can’t thank him enough for seeing Quinn and relieving my stress over the situation. If I could give 10 stars I would.

3239 VT-30, DorsetWe really enjoyed our lunch at the bakery. We took our sandwiches and soup on the outside patio. I had the peachy pig. Ham, cheese, arugula and jam on sourdough. It was very good, and could really feed two, but I was up for the challenge. Two in our party shared a green goddess, also on sourdough. That's turkey, cucumber, avocado and arugula. One of us had the BLT on 7 grain bread. I also had a cup of tomato bisque. Everything was very good.
Then....we had coffee and opera pastry and a chocolate cupcake. We sat inside for that part.
Very cozy dining room, and the outdoor space was very nice.
I hate to say anything negative about this place, but the service was adequate, and I don't expect the royal treatment, but it's a little disappointing that it wasn't really welcoming.

8 Church Street, DorsetWonderful meal at the Dorset Inn. Dining room is lovely and seating very comfortable and intimate. Service was good. We'll be back!

Barrows House Inn & Restaurant
3156 VT-30, DorsetExcellent experience. We sat outside on a beautiful summer evening. Service was friendly and efficient. I had the rabbit special which was superb. My partner had the burger which he loved. Great evening all the way around. Will be back.
