9 W Main St, WilmingtonThis was our first visit to Alpenglow. My wife and i went with another couple visiting us in Wilmington for a few days. We weren't starving so we shared the pretzel appetizer and it was fresh, hot and delicious. We had a bottle of Slovenian wine and it was surprisingly good. We had no idea Slovenian wine was legit. Raquel was super helpful with the wine ordering. We had 4 entrees and every one of them was fabulous. We had schnitzel, short ribs, chicken and bratwurst. We all tried each other's entrees and no one was disappointed. We will absolutely be back. Importantly, Raquel is a fantastic server and we all wish her and her family great success at Alpenglow. We're definitely looking forward to seeing the summer menu and our next visit.

8 S Main St, WilmingtonHighly recommend stopping here. Food was delicious. Service by Michelle was fantastic. Atmosphere was wonderful. We ate inside at a high top near the bar area. I had the snow crab leg dinner which was phenomenal. My husband had the clam chowder, crab cake appetizer, and Lazy man's lobster dinner. He enjoyed all of it very much. His dinner had a very good amount of lobster. Also ordered the homemade carrot cake which everyone takes about and server told us is a family recipe passed on for generations. Saving it for later so didn't eat it yet. Definitely will stop here again when in the area.
