“An employee helped me determine that my package was stolen, but when she went to file a report she realized it was put in the wrong bin upstairs. Then when an item didn’t fit, I brought it back the next day and missed the return cutoff by one day. The team was very understanding and let me have a credit for the item anyway due to the circumstances. Even though the inventory here isnt quite as varied as the Sierras in NH, MA, etc, the staff are very helpful and patient. It’s a shame that they have to deal with so much theft/shoplifting. I wish that our community development initiative flops didn’t leave these good folks to bear the grunt of supporting individuals who struggle with addiction and shoplifting as a last resort. Thank you to the amazing Sierra team!!”

“I do love shopping at TJ Maxx & Marshall's.Today went shopping to TJ,s on way to cash out this guy almost ran in to my cart trying to get out the door with a stolen Nike bag,just jumped in car and took off.Alarms went off and nobody did a thing.Then when at check out a girl with over the top cart full of things just walked out again alarms went off and nobody did a thing.This has been going on for years at TJ Maxx, one employer said can't do anything the thief could have a gun Well maybe someone should be at front door with a gun.This was so upsetting to me it just ruined my shopping day.People have to pay for items and then they let these low life's take what they want.When the store does inventory what do they put down for all the thief's charity. This is going on every where.So much technology has to be a way to lock doors so people like that cant get out.This girl and all the otheres should just stay in jail let them sit a month or 2 then have court date.So sad this is happening to TJ Maxx & alot of other stores.”
